webangah News Agency reports that Hazem al-Assad, a member of Ansarullah’s political bureau, issued a warning regarding any potential direct US military intervention in the conflict.
He stated: “Should the American adversary escalate hostilities, we possess numerous response options at our disposal.”
The statement follows an earlier declaration by Yemeni armed forces opposing any Zionist regime aggression against Gaza, Lebanon, Syria or other Arab and Islamic nations. The forces accused the “Zionist enemy” of seeking to target the entire region and implement its destructive projects with full American backing.
The communiqué further asserted that these forces aim to eliminate the Islamic Republic of Iran as it represents “the primary obstacle” to their regional ambitions.
Yemen has condemned the recent Israeli regime’s aggression against Iran, calling it part of a broader U.S.-Zionist scheme in the region. The statement warns that silence in the face of such violations equates to surrendering freedom,independence,and dignity while enabling resource plundering,occupation,and humiliation.
The statement emphasized: “This is a battle for the entire nation. We are monitoring all regional developments, including actions against Yemen. Yemen stands with any Arab or Islamic country targeted by the Zionist regime.”
It further warned: “Should the U.S. participate in aggression against Iran, Yemen will target American ships and warships in the Red Sea.”
