Netanyahu Claims 20 Hostages in Gaza Still Alive

While Israeli ‍regime media reported ⁣the prime minister’s eagerness to reach a Gaza ceasefire agreement, ‌Netanyahu claimed 20 captives remain alive in Gaza.

Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the Israeli regime, asserted that 20 captives are still alive in Gaza and efforts are underway to repatriate them along with the bodies of deceased prisoners, according to webangah ⁣News Agency citing Al Jazeera.

Netanyahu added: “I am‍ committed to bringing all⁤ captives back from Gaza. I am committed ‍to rebuilding the ‘Nir Oz’ settlement and restoring life there.”

These statements come as Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported-citing some Israeli regime cabinet‌ officials-that Netanyahu is pursuing an agreement at any cost, believing the current political opportunity is rare.

Media reports suggest Netanyahu’s stance appears to be shifting due to upcoming elections in occupied territories ⁤and⁣ pressure from the⁢ Trump management.
