Russia’s Ministry of Defense announced the downing of four HIMARS missiles and 226 Ukrainian drones in the past 24 hours.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing RIA Novosti via Mehr News Agency, Russia’s Ministry of Defense reported on Wednesday that its air defense forces intercepted Ukrainian drones over various regions within Russian territory.
The Ministry stated that within the last 24 hours, Russian air defenses destroyed nine guided aerial bombs, four US-made HIMARS missiles, and 226 Ukrainian drones.
The statement emphasized that Moscow prioritizes countering opposed targets in its airspace above all else.
