The European Union has expressed its opposition to any changes in the demographic or geographical structure of the gaza Strip.
The spokesperson for the European Union emphasized that the EU opposes any alteration to the demographic or geographic makeup of the Gaza Strip, according to webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera.
He added that Gaza is part of a future Palestinian state and never should its residents be displaced.
Previously, Israeli officials, including the prime minister, had proposed plans to expel Gaza’s inhabitants and occupy the area.
