The treasury’s statement charges these persons and entities with “oil smuggling and money laundering for Houthi militants.”
It further alleges that the sanctioned network operates in both the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
The department affirmed it will use all available tools to disrupt financial and arms support networks aiding Yemeni forces.
