Iran’s Justice Minister Consults with Counterparts from Over 100 Countries

The ministry of Justice of the Islamic Republic of Iran has launched a diplomatic campaign⁢ to ⁢condemn ⁢the brutal attacks⁤ by the Zionist regime adn the ‍United States against our country and to pursue ⁤legal accountability for ‌their crimes.

According to the English section of webangah News agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Amin-Hossein Rahimi, Iran’s Minister of Justice, has sent letters to justice ministers in ‍over 100 countries, the Secretary-general of the Association of Islamic Cooperation, as well as ‍various legal and judicial officials.He has also held phone calls with counterparts abroad ⁤to⁢ initiate a diplomatic ​campaign aimed at regional and global alignment in condemning the brutal aggression by Israel and the United States against Iran, while pursuing ‍judicial action for their crimes.

In his letter, Rahimi highlighted clear violations of fundamental international human rights and ​humanitarian law during Israel’s violent aggression against Iran. He ⁢cited⁣ disregard for distinguishing between combatants and civilians, deliberate attacks on ordinary citizens, assaults on Evin Prison resulting in martyrdom among experts, ⁢judges, lawyers, civilian employees, prisoners and citizens; targeted ‌assassinations of nuclear scientists along with attacks ⁢on their ​families.These acts represent blatant breaches of core human rights norms constituting explicit war‌ crimes.

The Minister emphasized that international law mandates combating impunity as a collective obligation⁤ for all states worldwide. Ignoring these blatant and grave crimes undermines the foundation of global legal order.

He ‌urged his counterparts⁢ worldwide to explicitly condemn these ​aggressions and ⁣atrocities while exercising their legal jurisdiction to uphold justice and maintain international order.
