Hunger Continues to Claim Lives in Gaza

Medical sources in Gaza and international organizations warn ⁣of a worsening famine in Gaza, reporting new deaths from starvation, including a 27-year-old man.

The English section ​of webangah News Agency reports, citing Mehr⁣ News Agency ⁣and​ Al Jazeera, that as the famine crisis peaks in Gaza and ⁢civilian deaths-especially among ⁤children-due to starvation have⁣ become⁤ routine before the world’s eyes, the Gaza Ministry of ‍Health ⁢announced​ two new deaths caused ‍by hunger and malnutrition today.

The ministry stated that as the start of​ the genocidal war by the Zionist regime against the Gaza Strip, official statistics record a total of 159 deaths from starvation, including 90 children.

Nasser‍ Medical Complex in southern Gaza confirmed ⁣the death‍ of Adel Madi, a 27-year-old Palestinian resident of Rafah city in ⁣southern ‌Gaza, who died due to severe hunger and malnutrition.

Dr. Munir Al-Barash, Director-General of the Gaza Ministry of Health, ‌also announced that 1,300 people have been martyred⁣ by occupying forces at⁢ centers purportedly⁢ for aid distribution run by American-Zionist entities-these centers⁢ are actually death traps.

Meanwhile, UNICEF⁣ pointed out that lifesaving food aid remains stuck at Gaza crossings because the‌ occupying regime blocks its ‍entry. The organization warned‍ about a sharp deterioration in ⁢humanitarian conditions⁤ and⁣ stressed that more children lose their lives with every passing hour in Gaza.
