The Russian military targeted 27 locations in Kyiv, including six sites near Zhulyany Airport where Patriot missile systems are deployed.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today, russian forces launched attacks on Ukraine overnight.
The report states that Moscow struck 27 targets across Ukraine’s capital city, Kyiv.
Six hits occured near Zhulyany Airport, where Patriot missile defense systems are stationed.
Attacks were also reported in the Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, and Zhytomyr regions.
Russia has repeatedly declared that it will target Ukrainian military and weapons infrastructure in retaliation for attacks on it’s residential areas by Kyiv using Western-supplied arms.
