Macron and Foreign Ministers of Spain and Germany Take Stance on Gaza

France’s president and the foreign ministers of Spain ‍and Germany have ​spoken out about the situation in Gaza, calling for an urgent flow of⁢ humanitarian⁢ aid to ⁤the disaster-stricken ⁤region facing severe famine.

According to the English ⁣section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and⁣ Al Jazeera, French President ‌Emmanuel‌ Macron stated that ‌delivering humanitarian‌ aid to Gaza by⁣ air drops does not meet⁢ the needs of its‍ population and is insufficient.

Macron urged ‍Israel ‍to allow full and unhindered access‍ for⁢ humanitarian assistance into Gaza.

meanwhile, José⁣ Manuel Albares, Spain’s foreign minister, warned about Gaza’s dire situation. He said, “Gaza​ is‍ facing a hunger catastrophe, and what⁣ is happening there is a shame on⁢ humanity.”

Albares called on ‌Israel to permanently open⁢ crossings for ⁢humanitarian aid delivery during ​its‍ blockade of Gaza.

He⁣ emphasized ‌that starvation claims more lives daily in gaza. “We demand an immediate ceasefire ‌to enable humanitarian aid,” he added.

He further warned⁢ that 100,000 children and​ 40,000 infants in⁢ Gaza⁢ are ⁢at risk of dying from hunger unless the international ‌community acts promptly⁣ to end the blockade ​and ⁤deliver emergency ‌assistance.

At the same time, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock stated in alignment with ‍these views: “The human catastrophe⁤ in​ Gaza must ⁢be ‍stopped immediately.”
