Thousands of Israeli settlers held large demonstrations in teh occupied territories, demanding a prisoner exchange agreement with the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas adn an end to the Gaza war.
According to webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and Russia Today network, more than 60,000 people are currently protesting in central Tel Aviv. They call for an agreement to secure the return of Israeli captives.
The demonstrators also demand a halt to the war in Gaza.
The protests come amid growing domestic pressure on the Israeli cabinet to accept a prisoner exchange deal.
