The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that 96 Ukrainian drones have been shot down by the country’s air defense systems.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated in a release, cited by Anatolia News Agency and reported by webangah News Agency, that 96 Ukrainian drones were intercepted and destroyed by Russia’s air defense systems.
In connection with this, Alexander Gusev, governor of Russia’s Voronezh region, reported on his Telegram channel that more than 25 drones were downed over the area.
He added that four people were injured during these attacks. The condition of three remains serious, and thier medical treatment is ongoing.
Additionally, limited restrictions were imposed for some time on aircraft landings and takeoffs at Pulkovo Airport in Saint Petersburg as a result of these events.
