France’s president announced he sent a letter to his prime minister outlining “strict” measures against Algeria, including the suspension of the visa exemption agreement for diplomatic passports.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today, France has officially suspended the visa exemption agreement for Algerian diplomatic passports.
French President Emmanuel Macron stated that he sent a letter to Prime Minister françois Bayrou detailing ”strict” actions against Algeria, including suspending visa-free entry for official and diplomatic passport holders.
The report did not specify the reasons behind Paris’s implementation of these opposed measures.
