Erdogan: Israel’s Military Control Over Gaza Is Unacceptable

According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News agency and Russia Today network,Turkish⁢ President⁣ Recep​ tayyip Erdogan held a phone⁢ conversation with Mahmoud Abbas,President of the Palestinian‌ Authority. They discussed the latest developments concerning Israel’s ongoing attacks on the Gaza Strip and related political issues surrounding the crisis.

The‌ Turkish Presidential Office reported that Erdogan called Israel’s decision⁤ to impose ⁣”full military control” over Gaza unacceptable. He⁢ stated that Ankara has⁤ intensified its‍ diplomatic efforts to secure an immediate ceasefire and end civilian ‌suffering.

Erdogan also highlighted recent statements ‌from France, the UK, ⁣and Canada regarding their potential recognition ‌of Palestine. He noted increasing Western criticism of Israel, ⁤signaling an international shift in approach toward this conflict.
