Torrential rains over the past three days have triggered deadly floods in northwest China.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Maloumah, Chinese officials reported that the death toll from the floods in northwest China has risen to 13. Additionally, 30 people remain missing due to the flooding.
Local media stated that heavy rainfall over the last three days caused water levels to rise in mountainous areas surrounding Lanzhou city. This led to severe flooding and extensive damage to numerous homes.
Rescue teams have evacuated thousands and saved hundreds who were trapped in flood-affected areas.
