According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen network, Syrian sources reported that an Israeli military patrol entered the village of Ain Ziwan on Saturday night. This village is located in the southern countryside of Quneitra province in southern Syria.
The village lies near the ceasefire line separating Syria from the occupied territories, and the Israeli incursion constitutes a clear violation of Syrian sovereignty.
News sources also reported that last night, the Israeli air force struck a vehicle in the city of Salam, Quneitra province, in southern Syria.
The Israeli army confirmed this attack, claiming that the targeted vehicle was carrying a machine gun.
On Thursday, Israel launched an attack on Syria’s 107th Brigade in northwest syria.
This brigade is located near Zama village within al Jableh district in Latakia countryside in northwest Syria.
In recent months, Israel has conducted intense air strikes against several military sites across Syria.
