According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Masirah via Mehr News Agency, Jonathan Spyer, an espionage agent affiliated with the Israeli regime, recently entered the occupied city of Aden under press cover with Emirati backing. He was officially welcomed by the leadership of UAE-backed mercenaries in the city.
Last week, the Israeli newspaper Jerusalem Post published a report on this Israeli correspondent revealing political and security details about Aden’s situation. The Hebrew-language report noted that this visit is part of israel’s search for Yemeni parties that could cooperate as Western partners to counter Ansar Allah’s influence in Yemen.
Jonathan Spyer even met with some officials from the self-declared authority in Aden, including Defense Minister Mohsen al-Daari. This meeting indicates that his identity as an Israeli was not concealed from anyone.
Al Masirah stated that all Yemenis reject mercenarism and betrayal serving both America and Israel. While Yemenis may hold differing views on many issues, they share a unanimous stance on Palestine-boycotting and opposing israel is a consensus among all people across Yemen’s regions and provinces.
Previously, Yemeni occupier mercenaries claimed to support Palestine and condemned Israeli attacks in Gaza. However, any expression of sympathy or solidarity with Gaza-weather through protests or displaying banners or mentioning it during Friday sermons-is now banned. In Aden specifically, discussing Gaza happenings or calling for aid for its women and children during sermons or mosque gatherings is prohibited.
Al Masirah described these policies as reflecting foreign wills imposed against Yemeni identity and dignity.
The outlet also highlighted attacks by UAE-backed forces against certain mosque imams in Aden over anti-Israeli remarks-including Sheikh Mohammed al-Kadhimi and Sheikh Ali al-Mahthouthi-and emphasized that residents of Aden, Abyan, Shabwah, Lahij, dhaleh, and all Yemeni areas reject treasonous cooperation with Israel. Consequently, actions by mercenaries acting under UAE orders insult Yemeni principles, positions-and history itself.
The report concluded stressing that while the UAE seeks to plunder Yemen’s history and collective conscience causing harm to its people’s awareness-which are steadfastly committed to their values-the shameful era led by emirati proxies will ultimately vanish according to popular determination in adenese southern provinces alike.
