According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Manar, Israeli regime media announced that an israeli army reconnaissance drone was shot down in the Hay al-Rimal area of Gaza City.
Simultaneously occurring, Israeli military sources have stated that ground forces began a military operation last night in Gaza City aimed at occupying the area.
Separately, the Martyr Omar Qassem Brigades reported seizing large quantities of powerful explosives used by the Israeli army to demolish Palestinian homes in the Jabalia area of northern Gaza Strip.
