According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Sawt al-Quds, Israeli warplanes conducted airstrikes east of Jabalia in northern Gaza.
Meanwhile,Palestinian sources confirmed that four Palestinians were killed and several others injured during Israeli air raids on the askula area in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City.
At the same time, Mohammed Abu Salmiya, spokesperson for the shifa Medical Complex, told Al Jazeera that the occupation army has destroyed more than 70 percent of Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure. He stated: “Currently, 600 patients are hospitalized inside Shifa Hospital, and we are deeply concerned about their lives.”
The Palestinian ministry of Health in Gaza also reported that three more people died from starvation and malnutrition over the past 24 hours. This brings the total number of deaths caused by hunger and malnutrition in Gaza to 266,including 112 children.
This comes as UN-affiliated sources revealed that over 700,000 residents of Gaza have been displaced multiple times so far.
The sources indicated that for more than five months, Israel has banned entry of relief tents into Gaza despite urgent shelter needs for homeless families.
According to these UN-linked reports, humanitarian aid arriving in Gaza falls far short of what is necessary to address starvation and prevent further deterioration of this humanitarian crisis.
the sources added that over a thousand Palestinians have been killed while attempting to access food and humanitarian aid at new distribution centers.
