At least 71 people died in a deadly traffic accident in Herat province, Afghanistan.
A fatal collision in Herat province,Afghanistan,has resulted in the deaths of 71 individuals,according to the English section of webangah News agency, citing Al Jazeera via Mehr News Agency.
Ahmedullah Muttaqi, spokesperson for the Taliban in Herat, stated that a bus traveling from Kabul caught fire after colliding with a truck and a motorcycle. among the victims were 17 children.
The Herat police reported that the crash was caused by excessive speed and driver negligence on the part of the bus operator.
