The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has released updated statistics on casualties resulting from Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip as October 7, 2023, according to webangah News Agency.
As reported by the ministry, 62,064 people have been killed in these attacks to date.
The ministry also stated that the total number of wounded Palestinians stands at 156,573 since the onset of hostilities.
In the past 24 hours alone, bodies of 60 victims were transferred to hospitals. Additionally, 343 injuries were reported during this period.
As March 18, 2025-a new wave of assaults-there have been 10,518 deaths and 44,532 injuries recorded.
Thousands more remain missing and trapped under rubble across the Gaza Strip.
In humanitarian aid distribution centers over the last day, 31 people were killed and 197 injured, raising casualties at these sites to a total of 1,996 deaths and 14,898 injured Palestinians.
The ministry also recorded three deaths due to hunger and malnutrition within 24 hours, bringing famine-related fatalities in Gaza to 266, including 112 children.
