According to teh English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-masirah via Mehr News Agency, Syrian sources have reported fresh israeli military activity in southern Syria.
These sources stated that the Israeli enemy transferred heavy military equipment to the village of Al-Ajrafah near Quneitra and to the town of Abidin west of Daraa in southern Syria.
They added that Israeli forces established temporary military posts in these areas.
The sources also reported raids by Israeli soldiers on several homes in the outskirts of Quneitra and Daraa, which were afterward searched.
The Israeli army soldiers penetrated villages and areas across both Quneitra and Daraa provinces,setting up checkpoints and detaining a number of local residents.
SANA news agency reported that an Israeli patrol comprising six vehicles entered abidin town near yarmouk Basin west of Daraa from occupied Golan early today. the patrol arrested three young men before withdrawing from the area.
The agency further noted that four Israeli army vehicles raided Al-Ajrafah village in Quneitra,searched several houses inside the village,and established a checkpoint at its entrance.
As Bashar al-Assad’s regime fell, Israel has repeatedly launched incursions into various suburbs around Damascus, Quneitra, and Daraa.
