According too the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Ma’an, Itamar ben-Gvir, Israel’s Minister of National Security, stated on Sunday that Benny Gantz, head of the Blue and White party, should not join the Israeli cabinet.
Gantz had previously called for forming a new government to facilitate the return of Israeli prisoners from Gaza. He also said elections should be held after six months in office.
In his remarks against Gantz, Ben-Gvir said: “If we want any achievement in Gaza, we must prevent Gantz from entering the cabinet.”
