The U.S. Vice President, J.D. Vance, stated that if the charges against former national security advisor John Bolton are proven, he could face trial.
He added that the Federal Bureau of investigation intends to review Bolton’s case thoroughly. “If there is no crime, we will not pursue criminal charges,” Vance said. “Though, if a crime has been committed, Bolton will receive what he deserves in court.”
Vance emphasized that Bolton is not in custody and will not be detained unless formal criminal charges are filed against him.
