US President’s envoy meets with Russian President in Moscow.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Sputnik, Russian sources report that Steve Witkoff, President Trump’s envoy, met with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov was also present at the meeting.
No details about the discussion have been released.
Meanwhile, Sedqi Zaher Osman, a Russia affairs analyst, stated that Steve Witkoff arrived in Russia without any concrete initiative to end the Ukraine war.
Earlier reports had confirmed Witkoff’s trip to Moscow.
