Chargé d’Affaires of the Egyptian Embassy in Beirut Meets with Lebanese MP from the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-Nashra, Ali Ammar, a member of Lebanon’s Loyalty to the Resistance parliamentary bloc, hosted Hani Khadr, Chargé d’Affaires of the Egyptian Embassy in Beirut, at his office.
The meeting focused on Lebanon’s internal issues. Both sides agreed on the necessity of maintaining national consensus and social peace amid Lebanon’s current difficult circumstances.
They also discussed recent regional and international developments.
This meeting took place shortly after the Lebanese government adopted a U.S.-backed policy against resistance weapons.
