The english section of webangah News Agency reports, citing Izvestia via Mehr News agency, that yuri Ushakov, a Kremlin advisor, stated that the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump will begin tomorrow at 11:30 AM Alaska Time (10:30 PM Moscow Time / 11:00 PM Tehran Time).
According to Ushakov, the session will open with a bilateral talk between Putin and Trump in the presence of simultaneous translators. This will then be followed by broader negotiations including delegations from both countries.
When asked about the duration of the meeting, he said it depends on how discussions progress. The primary focus will be resolving the Ukraine crisis.
Ushakov also noted that other topics such as economic cooperation and global security issues will be addressed during the talks.
The Russian delegation includes Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Kirill Dmitriev-the head of Russia’s Direct Investment Fund-and Ushakov himself.
he added that while the composition of the U.S. delegation is finalized, Washington should announce its details directly.
