Israeli Regime Army Calls Up 100,000 Reservists to Occupy Gaza

An Israeli media outlet claimed that the Chief ⁣of ⁤Staff ⁢of the regime’s army, with authorization ‌from⁢ the security cabinet,‍ has approved the “main‌ plan” for occupying the ‌Gaza Strip; a‍ plan ‍requiring⁤ around 100,000 reserve forces too implement.

According to the English section of webangah News‍ Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Yedioth Ahronoth reported ‌that Eyal ⁤Zamir, Chief of⁢ Staff of the ⁢Israeli regime’s ‍military, approved⁣ a‌ broad⁣ plan for occupying Gaza​ after ⁣receiving approval from its security cabinet.

The report states that this plan involves occupying northern parts of the ‌strip and ‌will ‍require mobilizing between 80,000 ⁢and 100,000 reserve troops to carry out extensive operations.

The ‍outlet added that upcoming ⁢discussions will focus on operational details including urban maneuver‍ tactics​ and strategies concerning skyscrapers in ‌western Gaza City as ​well as​ combat-ready⁢ Hamas guerrilla​ units.

Yedioth ​Ahronoth noted that final troop numbers are yet to be steadfast since the occupation operation is expected to ​continue until ‌2026.

Zamir’s‌ early approval came following a meeting with senior General Staff officials, ​Shin Bet ​representatives, and​ othre top commanders. The Israeli ​army previously‌ announced in a statement⁢ that Zamir agreed yesterday on the overall map for Gaza’s occupation during ​this session.

Last week,Benjamin Netanyahu,Prime Minister of the ⁢Israeli regime,announced ‍acceleration plans for occupying Gaza City. This comes amid warnings about widespread legal and humanitarian ⁤consequences expected ​from such ⁤an assault and⁢ increasing signs⁤ pointing toward possible negotiations for ‍a ceasefire.

In his speech at the opening ceremony of Israel’s Knesset Museum in Jerusalem, Netanyahu⁣ claimed Israel is nearing victory in its battle. ​He indicated legislation⁣ would‌ support operations aimed at liberating Israeli captives held there​ while asserting that Gaza City ⁤remains ⁤Hamas’ last stronghold ‌within Gaza.
