Sputnik reports that the Russian delegation consists of: Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov; Presidential Advisor Yuri Otkachev; Defense Minister Andrei Belousov; Finance Minister Anton Siluanov; and Special Representative Kirill Dmitriev.
The American delegation attending the joint session with Putin and Trump includes Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, CIA Director John ratcliffe, and Special Representative Steve Whitcuff.
