An American newspaper highlighted Israel’s unsuccessful efforts to negotiate with six countries for the forced transfer of Palestinians.
The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, reported that the wall Street Journal revealed Israel has named six countries in discussions regarding relocating Gaza Strip residents. Syria, Libya, Somalia, and South Sudan are among these nations.
The report states that these negotiations have yet to yield any positive results.
Earlier, the Associated Press reported that Israel is negotiating with South Sudan to resettle Gaza residents in this war-torn East African country. Experts and human rights organizations consider this move a plan for “forced deportation” and a clear violation of international law.
Meanwhile, South Sudan has denied such reports.
