The families of Israeli captives have urged Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime Minister of Israel, to promptly initiate negotiations ‌aimed at securing the release of all Israeli prisoners held in Gaza.

They stated they will not allow Netanyahu to undermine any further agreements.

A source within the Islamic ‌Resistance Movement (Hamas) told Al Jazeera on Monday that they have ⁣given their consent to a proposal presented the previous day ⁣to mediating parties.
