The English section of webangah News Agency cited Mehr News Agency, quoting Al-Masirah, reporting that the American magazine The Maritime Executive acknowledged that Yemen’s advanced capabilities and their control over shooting down drones prevented the Israeli regime from using its drones to carry out attacks against Yemen.
The report stated that although drone strikes are a more cost-effective option, the Israeli regime was unable to employ this tactic against Yemen.
Previously, U.S. sources told The New York Times that Yemeni air defenses nearly targeted several American F-16 and F-35 fighter jets during recent U.S. attacks.
The report added that the United States has failed to achieve air superiority over Ansar Allah forces in recent operations and has been unable to exert significant pressure on them.
According to The New York Times, Ansar Allah forces shot down seven American MQ-9 drones within the first month of U.S. involvement in Yemen’s conflict.
