The Ma’ariv newspaper highlighted concerns within the Israeli regime about increased attacks from Yemen against the occupied territories if the aggression in Gaza escalates.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing al-Masirah and Mehr News Agency, the Hebrew-language newspaper ma’ariv reported that political and military circles within the Israeli regime estimate that whenever Tel Aviv intensifies its aggression against Gaza, Yemeni operations against Israel also increase.
The report indicates that with any new offensive aimed at besieging Gaza City and its occupation by Israel’s military, Yemeni armed forces will correspondingly escalate their attacks on the regime.
It is noteworthy that despite shortages in troops and weakening military capabilities due to an ongoing war of attrition in Gaza, Israel’s cabinet recently approved plans to occupy Gaza City.
