Israeli Drone Downed in Bint Jbeil as Lebanese Army Commander Issues New Statement

Lebanese sources report the downing​ of an Israeli drone in Bint Jbeil,‌ southern Lebanon.

According to ​the ⁤English section of webangah ⁣News Agency, citing Mehr News​ Agency, Al-Nashra’s correspondent in Lebanon reported that ‌an Israeli drone crashed in the town of ​Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon. No further details were⁤ provided.

The same Lebanese outlet⁤ also reported that⁤ a sound bomb was thrown at a shepherd in the village of Kfarshouba.

Simultaneously occurring, Lieutenant⁢ General Rudolf Hilal, commander‍ of the lebanese Army, ​emphasized that military forces continue to carry‍ out complex and precise missions‍ across the country,‍ especially in the‍ south.

Hilal stated that troops operating in southern Lebanon face various threats but persist despite ongoing provocations from‌ the Israeli enemy under challenging conditions.

He described the army as a stronghold and ⁢primary defensive⁤ line‍ for⁤ all Lebanese citizens. The resilience of the military constitutes a key element ​of national resistance.

Hilal​ confirmed that irrespective of hardships, the‌ army‌ will fulfill its responsibilities.
