The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza issued a statement revealing the latest figures on casualties from Israeli military attacks as October 7,2023.
According to the ministry, a total of 62,686 people have been killed in Gaza due to these assaults.
The ministry also reported that the overall number of wounded from the attacks has reached 157,951.
In the past 24 hours alone, bodies of 64 martyrs were transferred to hospitals, while 278 others were injured.
As March 18, 2025, during a new wave of attacks on Gaza, 10,842 have been killed, and 45,910 wounded.
Tens of thousands remain missing and trapped under rubble across Gaza.
The statement noted that within aid distribution centers over the last day,19 people were killed and 123 injured, bringing totals at these centers to 2,095 deaths and 15,431 injuries.
An additional eight deaths caused by starvation and malnutrition were recorded in the past day. The cumulative toll from hunger-related causes now stands at289 fatalities-including 115 children.
