Egypt’s Foreign Minister addresses the Iran nuclear issue and Gaza conflict.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency via Russia Today, Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty emphasized Cairo’s support for resuming negotiations and enhancing cooperation between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency to avoid escalating tensions.
Regarding the Gaza conflict, he stated that continued Israeli attacks on the enclave are worsening the situation. Tel Aviv must respond positively to ceasefire proposals. The regime’s rejection of such offers undermines efforts to achieve peace.
Abdelatty added that conditions in Gaza are catastrophic, with a looming risk of famine in the region.
