According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Mayadeen via Mehr News Agency, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the ongoing israeli regime aggressions against Syria and it’s territorial advances within Syrian lands.
The ministry also firmly rejected separatist demands aimed at dividing Syria.
riyadh called on all segments of Syrian society to proceed based on reason and dialog.
Meanwhile, Israel’s Defense Minister, Yisrael Katz, stated today that Israeli military forces will remain in the Syrian Golan Heights.
Katz justified Israel’s occupation of Syrian territory by claiming that Israeli troops must stay in the area to ensure security over the occupied Golan Heights and the Galilee region.
Currently, the Israeli army is stationed in nine areas within Syrian territory and continues its occupation there.
