Axios Reports on Meeting Between Iran and European Troika

Axios correspondent shared his alleged view ⁣on ⁢the Iran‍ and European Troika meeting in Geneva.

According to the English section ⁣of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr news ⁣Agency, Barak‍ Ravid, a reporter for Axios, claimed on social media platform X regarding‍ today’s meeting in Geneva between⁤ Iran and the European Troika that a well-informed source told him that​ the⁣ Iranian side “did not present any concrete or​ actionable details.”

In ‍another ​message⁤ on​ X, the Axios correspondent asserted: ⁢A second source‍ informed me that Iran​ provided very little information to representatives ⁣of the ⁢three European⁣ countries about extending snapback.⁤ With five days remaining before the legal deadline expires, political directors from these three European countries ​and the european Union will now inform their‍ political authorities to make a decision⁤ on snapback.

Meanwhile, Kazem Gharibabadi, Deputy⁤ for Legal and International Affairs at Iran’s Foreign Ministry, stated after the ⁢meeting: “Dr. [Majid] Takht-Ravanchi and⁣ I held another session with political directors of the three ​European countries in Geneva.‍ Both sides outlined ⁣their views regarding UN Security Council Resolution 2231.Iran remains‍ committed to diplomacy⁣ and a ⁣mutually beneficial diplomatic ‍solution. It is time for⁢ these ‍three European countries​ and the UN Security Council to ‌make the right ‌choice by ⁣allowing diplomacy space and time.”
