Zelensky added, “We must free all military personnel and civilians ⁤alike. no matter ⁢how arduous it is. There is an agreement on exchanging 1,200 individuals, ⁢and work on ‌the lists continues.”

Earlier, the Ukrainian president said he received a report from his senior negotiator Rustem Umerov regarding‍ previous Moscow-Kyiv⁢ talks.

So far, three rounds of negotiations between Russian⁤ and Ukrainian representatives have⁤ taken place: July 23rd, May 16th, and June 2nd.
