According to a report by Bloomberg on Tuesday, Iran has severed interaction with key officials of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). webangah News Agency cited Mehr News Agency as the source of this information.
Citing two unnamed officials familiar with sensitive matters, Bloomberg alleged that after the formal conclusion of IAEA inspections last week, Iranian nuclear safety officials have stopped responding to calls from the Vienna-based agency.
The report claims that the IAEA’s incident and Emergency Center was activated after June 13 and maintained continuous contact with its Iranian counterparts, but information exchange has as been substantially reduced.
the Western media outlet added that Tehran previously permitted an average of more than one IAEA inspection per day. However, according to Bloomberg, this equation changed following aggressive actions by Zionist forces and America against Iran.
