According to webangah News Agency, citing RIA Novosti, the second round of talks between Russian and Ukrainian delegations has now begun ‌in Istanbul.

A⁤ spokesperson for Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry had earlier confirmed⁢ that the country’s negotiating team arrived in Istanbul to participate in this round of discussions with Russia.

The Ukrainian delegation, led by Defence Minister Rustem Umerov, ⁣mirrors⁣ its composition from the first⁣ round of talks held on May 16 (26 Ordibehesht).

In Bryansk Region, a bridge suddenly collapsed directly onto a moving passenger train.

Media sources reported that the Klimovo-Moscow passenger train derailed at 22:44 Moscow time last night. This morning, Bryansk’s governor confirmed an explosion caused ⁢the bridge collapse.The governor of Sevastopol described it as a terrorist ​act.

A truck ⁣driver allegedly linked to the drone attack in Irkutsk has been detained for investigation.
