According to webangah news Agency, Belarusian President alexander Lukashenko condemned the U.S.aggression against Iran’s nuclear facilities as “entirely unlawful.”
Lukashenko stated that recent attacks on Iran reminded him of how the U.S. fabricated pretexts to invade Iraq-when American officials presented a test tube at the UN, falsely claiming it contained dangerous substances.
The situation with Iran followed a similar pattern, he noted, with Washington accusing Tehran of pursuing nuclear weapons development.
“In Iran,they found another ’test tube’ and claimed nuclear weapons would be built there tomorrow-so they must attack,” Lukashenko said. “Who granted them this right? Who authorized this strike? Why should a nuclear-armed nation bomb another that might seek such weapons for self-defense? By what justification?”
He dismissed former U.S. President donald Trump’s contradictory statements on the matter as “ridiculous,” adding: “I’ve told the Americans this directly.”
“Trump contradicts himself by portraying himself as peace-seeking in Ukraine and the Middle east while attacking Iran,” Lukashenko emphasized.
The Belarusian leader revealed detailed discussions about Iran and broader Middle East tensions during recent talks with Keith Kellogg, Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine.
Lukashenko also warned that Belarus’ military remains prepared to counter hybrid warfare threats: “A permanent hybrid war has been waged against us for decades and will intensify. Our armed forces stand ready to respond if threatened.”
