Arabic-Language Expert: Gaza Missile Barrage Aims to Offset Ground Defeat

An Arabic-language analyst highlighted the success of two phases of Hamas operations against the‍ israeli regime in killing or ⁣attempting to capture ⁢soldiers, stating⁢ that intensified airstrikes on ‍Gaza aim to compensate for ground‌ setbacks.

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency,⁣ Nidal Abu Zaid, a⁣ regional strategic analyst, told Al⁤ Jazeera that⁤ the ‍operations carried out by Palestinian‌ resistance forces in Gaza demonstrate that they still hold the initiative and continue to force the Israeli army to ⁢respond.

He added ⁣that the ⁣resistance strengthens⁣ its advantages by exploiting weaknesses within the Israeli military. ‌Targeting enemy soldiers increases personnel losses and ⁢undermines israeli troops’ ⁣morale ⁤through heightened media discourse⁣ about capturing additional ⁣Israeli soldiers.

abu Zaid emphasized that the resistance shows great‌ boldness ⁢in their operations and is persistent to take Israeli⁣ soldiers captive in order‌ to‍ shift⁣ the balance of power in their favor.

Referring to tactics such as ambushes, direct assaults, and close combat engagements⁣ employed by resistance ⁣forces, he noted these actions could represent ‌a new form of resistance⁤ operation while rebuilding their ranks.

the strategic analyst also pointed ‍out that ⁢israeli websites acknowledge ongoing hand-to-hand clashes between Palestinian ‌fighters and ‌Israeli troops in Khan Yunis. Booby-trapped ⁣buildings are being detonated against ⁢Israeli soldiers on site.

Abu Zaid stressed that Israel’s aerial suppression campaign against Gaza residents seeks mainly to offset failures on ⁤land. However,‍ airstrikes alone cannot ⁤determine overall war⁣ outcomes. The Israelis will not defeat resistance forces through missile ⁢bombardment and⁤ destruction;⁤ instead, it‌ onyl results in devastation without tangible gain.

According to⁤ Al Jazeera’s report, intelligence assessments from‌ Israel indicate Hamas⁣ has maintained its military capabilities nearly two years after intense conflict began⁣ and ⁢continues controlling Gaza. Even ‍Israel’s own ‍forces ⁣admit Hamas remains resilient despite ongoing systemic⁤ destruction within gaza.

Gilad: New Gaza Plan Reminds Us of Past Illusions About Lebanon

An Israeli general emphasized that‍ tel Aviv’s new plan against⁤ the Gaza Strip echoes ‍the regime’s⁢ delusions toward Lebanon in ⁤1982.

According ‌to the English ‍section of webangah News Agency, ‌citing Mehr News⁢ Agency and Shihab, Amos Gilad, a general in the Israeli reserve forces, ⁣acknowledged that Israel’s plan for direct military administration of⁣ the Gaza Strip ‍recalls Tel Aviv’s illusions⁤ about establishing a dependent regime in Lebanon back in 1982.

He added, “The time has come to make a decision; political measures⁤ shoudl replace sinking into another ⁣quagmire like we did previously with Lebanon.”

Earlier, Egyptian sources told Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed newspaper that Israel’s ‍new ⁣proposal presented during indirect talks with Hamas-to redeploy israeli troops in Gaza during a proposed 60-day ceasefire-constitutes ⁣a risky step. They warned this would undermine international efforts aimed at ending the ⁣war.

The⁢ sources⁤ further noted that Tel Aviv’s‌ plan would place Egypt in an unprecedented political ⁢and security crisis.

they explained that this ⁤situation would position Egyptians‌ against Palestinians near Rafah ⁣in southern ⁣Gaza. This could ⁢jeopardize the peace agreement between Cairo and Tel Aviv since the accord prohibits any threats to egypt’s national security or demographic changes along its borders.

Hezbollah Approaches Through the Lens of Naeem Qassem: Clarifying the Role of Resistance Arms

Sheikh Naim Qassem, in an interview outlining the personal and political dimensions of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, explained Hezbollah’s future operational framework and prospects⁣ for reviewing its past ⁤policies within the party.

According⁢ to ‌the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency, ‌since Sheikh‌ Naim Qassem assumed the position of Secretary-General ‌of Hezbollah following the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, former Secretary-General, there has been considerable speculation‍ internationally‌ about Hezbollah’s future political, cultural, and security approaches as well as its ‌command mechanisms.Naturally, the new secretary-general’s policies will substantially impact the nature of Hezbollah’s future activities. recently, a newly established ⁢Lebanese magazine named “Eqtadar” ‌ conducted an ‌interview with Sheikh naim Qassem in its inaugural issue. The full transcript offers a detailed clarification⁣ and clarification of Hezbollah’s forthcoming policies.

Q: You‍ spent a lifetime‌ alongside Sayyed⁣ Hassan Nasrallah (May God have mercy on him) in jihad and struggle since Hezbollah’s⁢ founding. Could you please describe how your initial acquaintance developed ⁢and how your joint leadership evolved?

The early activities of Sayyed ⁢Martyrs’ Leader Hassan Nasrallah date back to Hezbollah’s establishment in 1982 in‌ Lebanon’s Bekaa region. At ‌that‍ time, ‍my involvement began separately from his work; I was active in Beirut’s southern suburbs (Dahiya), without any direct collaboration⁤ between us initially. After some time observing his prominent efforts-and due to my membership on Hezbollah’s second council in 1984-I met‌ him; he had also heard about my activities.

Our genuine acquaintance deepened when we both served on hezbollah’s leadership council.During internal structural reforms in 1989, the ⁣office of Secretary-General was established. At ⁣that time,Nasrallah was elected head of the Executive Council while I served as his deputy. Our joint efforts began then formally; after several months leading ‍this council he traveled to iran to complete seminary studies in qom while I acted as ‍his replacement during this period.

A few months later he returned to lebanon because of certain issues and ⁢resided in Kislaya ⁤ [El-tuffah area].⁤ Throughout this time we maintained interaction regarding developments. In 1991 ⁤when Sayyed Abbas Mousavi became secretary-general of Hezbollah again Nasrallah resumed ⁤chairmanship over the Executive Council ⁢and proposed me for‍ deputy secretary-general-the first such post created at that time.

Following Abbas Mousavi’s martyrdom on February 16th, 1992,Hassan nasrallah was appointed Secretary-General ⁢himself and nominated me as his deputy once more – a position I held continuously until his death despite various adjustments within decision-making councils.

This partnership lasted thirty-five years with me ⁤as his deputy for three decades plus half a year during which we ⁣interacted ⁣daily across numerous meetings-he ‍frequently⁤ enough entrusted ⁤me with many responsibilities representing him at conferences or delivering speeches until after Lebanon’s civil⁤ war our first parliamentary elections took place under His leadership. His early tenure requested I oversee parliamentary affairs related to representatives-which fell under his jurisdiction-and approximately eighteen months later at his proposal, the⁣ party approved assigning those duties formally under Deputy Secretary-General⁤ missions.”

“We always ‍shared understanding without raising voices against each other even though minor differences occasionally arose but following discussion,I deferred as he was ‍our commander & leader.I appreciated‍ being close to‍ him due to tangible benefits gained including ‍tracking ongoing developments.I ⁢cannot recall occasions where operational‍ requests by me‌ were rejected since he consistently trusted my assessments. He allowed full autonomy when‌ delegating tasks without ever intervening midway.”

“We shared mutual trust infused⁤ with strong faith & affection openly expressed repeatedly. He explained⁤ viewpoints knowing they would be received positively.once if engaging parliamentarians ⁢for ⁢assignments issued directives through others, but instantly briefed me directly so that no⁢ neglect occurred.”

“If ‌you ask any officials within councils or across Hizbollah ranks including external persons, whether open‍ disputes ever‍ erupted between us,you ⁤will ⁤hear none.Hassan was kind-hearted,moral,and humble paying fraternity respect.Even though‍ possessing towering military qualities,no grounds existed causing divisions or challenges ‍between us.”
